The Inspirational Leader course refund policy:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the material in the course. We offer a 30-day refund period for purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof (as detailed below) that you did the work in the course and that it did not work for you. Please note, if you select the 3 month payment option the 30 day refund option does not apply. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 30 days of purchase, contact our support team at debborkowski@hotmail.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59 EST. If you have other questions/problems, please let us know by contacting our support team directly at debborkowski@hotmail.com. It’s important to note that we will NOT provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program. All refunds are discretionary as determined by Profound Performance. Along with your request for a refund, you must submit proof that you completed all the coursework. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 30th day, you will not be granted a refund. The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the items denoted with a checkmark below:

  • Requirement 1: Complete and attach the Companion Workbook. All of the blanks in the fill-in-the-blank spaces must be completed.

  • Requirement 2: Complete and attach the pre and post course IQ (Inspirational Quotient) Test. Each question must be answered.

  • Requirement 3: Describe your efforts to use the Practice Prompts and why they didn’t work for you.

  • Requirement 4: Provide a written description of why this course was not a good fit for you and your needs. How did this course not meet your expectations?
